Bruno Mars visits the SSE Hydro in April 2017

Bruno Mars, one of the music world’s biggest stars stops off in Glasgow at the SSE Hydro on the 12th of April, 2017. Add great memories and stay nearby at Fraser Suites Glasgow. We’re the go-to accommodation for people in town for events such as this one.

One of music’s legends stops off in the city as part of his 24K Magic World Tour.  His tour is to celebrate the release of his new album, 24K Magic, which was released in mid-November, last year. Bruno’s latest tour is his first since his 2013 Moonshine Jungle World Tour that took him to the likes of Europe, Asia and Australia.  The tour sold over 2 million tickets worldwide, and this one is looking like the biggest yet.  Bruno has already been quite busy promoting his new album, making appearances at the American Music Awards and at Victoria’s Secret Fashion show which took place at the tail-end of 2016.

Enjoy everything that Fraser Suites has to offer, and Glasgow as a whole, when you visit the city in April. Get your trip off to a great start with a fun workout in our onsite gym. We’re one of the few accommodations in the city where you can keep up-to-date with your fitness regime while away from home.

Before the event, take in some of Glasgow’s most iconic attractions such as visiting the Gallery of Modern Art which is a hop, skip and a jump away from our serviced apartments in the Merchant City. One of the most visited art galleries in the whole city, the unique attraction uses art of the modern day to bring to life ideas and human experiences.  To reach the Gallery of Modern Art from Fraser Suites Glasgow is simple and straight forward.  Head out of the building and walk towards the Trongate on Albion Street.  As you walk along, Trongate will turn into Argyle Street where it will then meet Queen Street. Turn right onto Queen Street until you reach the Royal Exchange Square, where the attraction will be on your right hand side. The walk only takes 10 minutes and you can discover more of what Glasgow has to offer during your stroll.

In order to reach the venue from the Gallery of Modern Art, again it’s quick and easy. Take an Uber which won’t cost more than £6 going one way.

Glasgow is one of the most vibrant cities in the UK for nightlife, so finish the night off in style in the hip West End and enjoy a wine or cocktail and one of the many bars in and around Ashton Lane.
