How do I get to the hotel?

Fraser Suites Glasgow is located is in the heart of Glasgow City Centre, a 5 minutes walk from Queen Street Station and a 10 minute walk from Central Station.  We are a 20 minute taxi ride from Glasgow International Airport and well-connected to the M8 motorway (nearest junction is 15).

How to reach the hotel from the airport?

It takes approximately a 20 minutes taxi ride from Glasgow International Airport to the property and costs around £25.  You can also use the shuttle service that will drop you at George Square or Buchanan Bus Station which costs approximately £6.00/one way.  Alternatively, feel free to contact us to arrange an airport trasnfer service prior to your arrival.

Do you provide an internet access?

We offer free WiFi throughout all public areas and apartments.  Our 4th floor Executive Suites have higher speed access.

Where can we eat?

In your apartment you have a fully equipped kitchenette with a range of local supermarkets on your doorstep. We offer Continental Breakfast in our Breakfast Suite, daily (charges apply).  Guests also benefit from 20% off local partner restaurants.  Our Front Desk can also recommend take away services to your apartment.  

How to make the best experience of Glasgow?

This cosmopolitan city has so much to offer.  Explore the history of Glasgow at the People’s Palace at Glasgow Green and experience some of the world’s finest art at  the famous Kelvingrove Art Gallery. When is the check-in time?

You can check-in from 2.00PM. If you request an early arrival, please advise the reception team who will be happy to organize this, subject to availability.

When is the check-out time?

Our check-out time is 11.00.

What time is the Breakfast served?

Breakfast is served every day in our Breakfast Suite. During the week Opening times are 7.00am to 10.00am and 8.00am to 11.00am at weekends.

Do you have a laundry room?

Yes. It is open 24/7, with washing and drying machines available for your use. Detergent available at Front Desk for a small charge. 

Do you have a fitness centre?

Yes. It is open 7am to 10.00pm. Please ask Reception for a keycard and the necessary forms.

Where can I go for shopping?

Glasgow’s famous Style Mile including Buchanan Street, Argyle Street and Sauchiehall Street are just a short walk away. These streets are home to one of the biggest collections of high street shops and shopping centres such as Buchanan Galleries, The St Enoch Centre and Princes Square.  Take in the style of Glasgow’s designer shops, many of which are found on Ingram Street, a two minute walk from the property.   

Glasgow is Scotland with Style and is the second most popular place for shopping breaks outwith of London. 

Which type of beds do you have?

All our apartments have either a double or king bed in them.  Twin bedded rooms available on request.  Please state at time of booking.

Cots are available free of charge and roll away beds for children up to the age of 12 can be arranged for an additional £15 per night.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the offer which you have selected. In each case it is explained on our website. If you require any further information, feel free to contact us.

Where can I find the closest bank, ATM and exchange office?

There is a Bank of Scotland on High Street, 1 street along from Fraser Suites Glasgow. There is the facility to exchange money within a 2 minute walk of the property.  

Do you provide newspapers?

We provide free newspapers in our lobby and as standard in our Executive Floor rooms. 

Is there a supplement for children?

Children from the age of 0-3 that are able to share existing bedding are free of charge.  Cots are available on request.

Depending on apartment type (Studio Deluxe and One Bedroom Deluxe Apartments take up to 2 people, One Bedroom Executive Apartments take up to 3 people and Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartment s take up to 4), children from the age of 4-12 requiring an extra roll away bed will be charged at £15 per night. 

Do you have Suites for persons in wheelchairs?

Yes, we have two apartments that are fully accessible with wet room bathrooms and a further 2 accessible rooms with a bath/shower combo. 

Do you accept pets?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed within the vicinity of the property, except guide dogs.

Do you provide parking and what is the cost?

Guests receive 25% discount at the multi storey carpark adjacent to Fraser Suites (Q Park) which cost an approx. £9 for 24 hours.

Can I leave my luggage if my room is not available?

Yes, you may leave your luggage with our concierge.

What are the reception opening hours?

The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

Do you provide shuttle service to the airport?

We do not provide shuttle service to the airport. However, we will be able to arrange Limousine or Taxi service upon advance request at an approximate cost of £25/one way trip. 

Do you provide baby cots and extra beds and the cost?

Complimentary baby cots are availale upon request and subject to availability.
Rental of extra beds for children up to the age of 13 are available upon request and are chargable at £15/night.
